i upgraded my system

RAM: 2GB to 16GB

Memory: 32Gb to 128GB

I wish to upgrade my CPU. is it possible? is it worth it?

Current CPU Celeron(R) 3205U @ 1.50GHz 1.50GHz

if I can, which is compatible Pentium Processor?

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard and is not up-gradable. This video has more information on the internal components.

I am having difficulty getting definitive information on that model.  For some reason that model is not included in the support pages.  Here is another thread concerning that model with the problems of finding info

While that thread is asking about other items, it would seem that was a special model run for a particular seller.  What I found was similar.  They list three different motherboards for the product line, as shown in a post by @Grzwacz .  You can check for what is actually in your PC, if you want BUT none of the motherboards report that the CPU can be changed.

So it appears you are out of luck with that option.

 

That post above by @JJOcean also says that it is not upgrade-able for the same reason.
