Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I own a HP Pavililion Gamin Desktop PC TG01-2000a and have now ran into the problem that my VRAM capacity doesn't live up to the game I want to play... 

I understand the PC runs a AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics card... i have a spare GeForce GTX 860M graphics card - would I be able to upgrade it? bit of a newbie when it comes to the hardware...

I can't tell what the configuration of your PC is without your providing the system SKU or the complete product name. 

 

TG01-2000a is the generic base model name and does not tell me if it uses discrete graphics or has a video card installed.


You have a TG01-2000a base model and the a at the end just tells me that it is an AMD platform and nothing else specific.

If there were an i at the end it would mean Intel  platform.

"GeForce GTX 860M graphics card" what brand (ASUS, MSI ?) and does it require PCIe power connection(s)?
