How big is your C drive?
According to this parts list you have a 1TB 7200 RPM drive and an optical drive (DVD/CD)
The spec for your motherboard does not list a hard drive but states an M.2 SSD slot is available.
Please run the following from the windows command ;prompt
wmic /namespace:\\root\microsoft\windows\storage path msft_disk get Model,BusType
17 is an M.2 SSD
11 is SATA hard drive
7 is attached USB such as an SD card.
If you have a 256GB or smaller M.2 SSD you might want to upgrade to something like my SN570 which is 1TB
