Can I upgrade this models PSU to a 500 watt. There still seems to be a lot of confusion with this model of the PSU is upgradable. I need 500 watt. Please post the link if I can. Thank u

Unfortunately,  the manuals do not state what the footprint of the desktop PC's case is and whether or not the PSU is proprietary or ATX.

 

If you could post an image of the PSU connection at the motherboard header it would help.

What is known about the HP M0 series of computers has been limited by HP specifications. What I can tell you is the following concerning the HP MO1-F0024:

1) HP specific PSU design.  PSU only has (2) 2x2 and (1) inline 7 plug from the PSU.  All power to any hard drive or DVD drive is from the motherboard. Typical budget models have a 180W PSU. See my spreadsheet

2) Your model has an Erica2 board  PCIEx4 SSD slot. It can support an NVMe SSD like the Samsung EVO 970. 

 

The only 500W PSU that will work is the L05757-800
