Can a cupertino2 H61Ivy Bridge mobo work with a Xeon E3-1290 v2?

this Xeon processor "sits" in the same FCLGA1155 socket. Yes, I know it uses ECC memory for correcting parity errors. Is it possible also to use ECC DDR3 DIMM 240 RAM in the same memory slots. Yes, I know the BIOS should be upgraded because it is not going to expect a Xeon "normally", but maybe searching in Foxconn mobo models.
