Product: HP Envy laptop

Despite 1 hour on the HP website I am unable to book a repair or speak to any customer service. Unable to find HP repair centre in the UK. The touchscreen on my HP Envy laptop is severely cracked. Can anyone tell me where I can get this repaired please. Purchased from PC World but they say they can't repair it.

Depending on the country, hp may no longer offer out-of-warranty repairs.
There is this

But actually difficult to find what we can do indeed
In France we were directed to

I don't know if it works for you
