I purchased a 7 port 3.0 USB internal hub. I can find where to plug in or get power on my Higos Form factor: uATX: 24.0x24.0 cm (9.4x9.4 in). Is this even possible? I don't see a board I can send too

1) The card plugs into your PCIEx4 slot.

2) Card, as shown here, requires power from a SATA power lead, coming from the ATX power supply. The SATA to molex cable furnished is useless in modern computers.
3) If needed, splitter 8" extension cable

The hub will have two different input cables, one for power and one for data.
The power cable almost certainly has a transformer on it and plugs into a wall outled -- there are no outlets like that in your PC.
The data cable is probably light blue rectangle with a bunch of small holes -- and that needs a jack specifically for that, either on the motherboard, or on a plug-in card. I don't know what the motherboard looks like, so I can't tell you where the jack would be.

How about posting the manufacturer and model number of this 7 port USB device. You say "internal" ???
@WAWood certainly believes it is an external 7 port USB hub.
Some cheap hubs are not powered. Does it have a power module ?
BTW if this is the device, beware of it. Your Higos motherboard and chassis do not support the device.

You're right -- as I have a hard time envisioning an INTERNAL 7-port hub -- having never run across anything like that.
I have several USB 3.0 hubs and they are all EXTERNAL.

OK, so it's a PCI-e expansion card!
According to their website, after you insert the card, you have to run their driver to activate it. You would have to check their website for the driver.

Sorry, you're asking a question I have no way of answering because I don't know the layout of your motherboard or what the cable is like that comes with the unit.
There are pictures online of this USB card and they show a cable plugged into the connector on the top of the card. Supposedly, that cable also needs to be plugged into the motherboard -- but as I said, without seeing the cable, and without knowing the layout of the motherboard, I can't provide specific instructions.
