Hello i need help i want to upgrade my gpu from GTX 745 4GB to a GTX 1060 6GB in my pc.

I will buy a GTX 1060 6gb and i saw that it need 120w but my power adapter reaches 180w will it work ?

Hi,

 

Yes, I can't find a suitable 400W PSU for your machine in your country which is  Austria or Germany (I think). Please check good computer stores around.

Hi,

 

You need 400W power supply as shown:

Thermal and Power Specs
Maximum GPU Temperature (in C)  94
Maximum Graphics Card Power (W)  120 W
Minimum System Power Requirement (W) 400 W
Supplementary Power Connectors 6-Pin

 

120W just for the card, you also need power to run other things. Your existing card uses under 50W.
