Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mb is a Baker 8767, i read on another post that u can run a 3200mhz ram but it will just run at the base mb speed (2666mhz), but the Ram in that post had in its specifications *downgradable to run in 2666mhz / 2993mhz systems* and the RAM i want to buy (Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3200MHz CL16 Black)

doesnt not give me that information, or at least, i could not find said information.
Does any one know if my pc will be able to run that RAM ?
