Pavilion Model# P7 - 1154
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past 2-3 weeks I have not been able to open any files by simply clicking on them as I normally do. Firefox was updated to the latest version about 1 -2 weeks ago, unfortunately I can't remember exactly when. I also installed a new printer a few days ago. I downloaded Windows 10 back in November.

When I click on the file name an "hourglass" appears but disappears after about 45 -50 seconds without the file opening. I spoke with a tech at Best Buy and he suggested I clean out some temporary files. So I ran C Cleaner which made no difference, I still can't open the files!

I am at a loss. I can't get to any of my downloads, jpeg, jpg or png files. Nothing.

Please Help!!!
