Can't RMA EX920 SSD Drive, HP Site Does Not Recognize Serial Number

I have a 1TB EX920 SSD Drive and cannot initiate a warranty replacement.  There is no way to directly message support and no warranty page recognizes the serial number.  This is ridiculous.  How can I get support?
