HP SSD EX920 M.2 1TB
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I am trying to contact HP directly that I cannot register my drive that I have begun having issues to check the warranty on the product. The P/N is : 2YY47AA#ABC. It looks like the S/N's are expected to start with a HU but mine is starting with a HB.

How can I contact HP to open a case for my product? Or is there a workaround for a serial number not being recognized?

Thanks!

Mine stopped working as well and can't register the product. No number to contact support either.

Hi @Praveenbv, I am trying to go through that page, but it will not allow me to search for my product. Are you able to search for US/English/Personal/ and 2yy47AA as your options?

I still have been unable to reach support in regards to my my M2 drive. Has anyone had success for this HP part?
