Still can't find any support for my motherboard anywhere. It's a HP motherboard 2UA1470SXP. The motherboard serial number in the bios does not match the case serial as i replaced the motherboard from one i bought online.

It's easy to change the serial number in the BIOS to match the one on the PC's case.
I had to do that myself when I replaced the motherboard from one 8200 Elite CMT with another one.
After entering BIOS Setup by hitting the F10 key, press Ctrl+A to open additional fields in Security>System IDs menu.
Enter your PC's serial number in Asset Tag Number and Chassis Serial Number fields.
Save changes there and again when you exit the BIOS.
DO NOT update the BIOS to version 2.33 unless you have W10 installed in UEFI mode.
If W10 is installed in legacy mode, then you will have to wait over 2 minutes for the PC to restart from a warm boot.
The newest BIOS version you can update to and not have that happen is v 2.28.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
To get this out of the way, your HP Compaq 8200 Elite MT as fitted with the Hewlett-Packard 1495 motherboard, can be upgraded up to an i7-2700K.
Here are the most relevant links you want to take a look at, especially the first one:

In terms of drivers/BIOS support, look no further than here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-compaq-8200-elite-microtower-pc/5037940, where it shows that the most recent BIOS update version for your PC is: 2.33 Rev.A.
