Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i cannot find length of warranty. Even if i locate the document online, it only refers to a numerical code on the box/PC that indicates the length of guarantee i. e. the number of years parts/labour cover etc but i cannot find this code on the box/PC anywhere.

Hi:

 

You should be able to enter the serial number of your PC to get the warranty start and end dates at the link below.

 

I have been using this method for years without fail.

I've tried that but it simply says it's "unable to find a match"...
