Product: HP Hewlett
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

we have this server in my workplace (Hospital), and I tried to login to do some tasks today but I couldn't because on the monitor it says power save mode. However, there is connection to the server and it performs well, but I cannot connect to it ever remotly. and afew days ago, it was too noisy, the fans were running non stop, and the server room was cold no problem so I restarted the server, the noise was gone, back to normal. but today I face that problem. What might cause this problem and how to solve it please?
