Can the RAM on the HP dp0817in be upgraded?

Hi HP Community! I just wanted to know if I could upgrade the RAM on the HP All-In-One dp0817in. I am going to upgrade to Windows 11 when it is released officially for normal public(I'm an insider who runs Windows 11 on a Virtual Machine, because I don't want to tamper with my PC). So if the RAM usage goes above 3500MB or may be 4GB I will consider upgrading it with 8GB more RAM so it becomes 16GB. So if I can upgrade the RAM then please tell me.
