Caps lock key goes on and off repeatedly. I can't freely use the mouse and keyboard anymore

• My laptop is HP Compaq Presario. I've been having issues with my caps lock key. It turns on automatically and blinks repeatedly. I can't use my mouse while it turns on and off. I've tried a restart. It didn't work. Please help

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
