Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to switch case and\or PSU and\or motherboard, to upgrade GPU... I want to use as much of the guts as possible... I bought a GPU that when I got it installed it was a black screen the fan turned on but no beeping or anything. Then when I took it out it started up normal. I assume its a plug n play GPU but its been a long time since I've been into PC building. I'm not a complete idiot but I have dabbled a little in the late 90's. Please a case that a lubin mobo fits, or a motherboard that can be easily installed into a cheap case with a 300w PSU that has the socket for the processor. Or possibly a PSU that fits in the same slot as the other PSU, although probably unlikely on that.

GPU cards have power requirements?  What card did you purchase.

when i plug it in a fan turns on but a black screen... so i dont think the power is sufficient.

So no response... i dont understand why its so hard to get an answer on this subject. i purchased a card that in your words is supposedly compatible with this build. but when i turn it on it is just a black screen. i hear a fan but nothing else. when i take out the card it woks just fine. as i am writing this on it.
