Changing ram speed

Product: Compaq 6305
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to know how to change the speed of the ram installed on my pc. It can run at 1333 but it's running at 530ish.

I can't find an option in the bios. Or the setup utility.  If someone could help me, that would be awesome.

BIOS settings are the only way to do this -- you can't do this from Windows.  There are utilities like CPU-Z that allow you to check and monitor the speeds, but they don't allow you to change them.
