Product: HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
Charge the computer using the Type C PD port on the screen HP EliteDisplay E243d 23.8

 

I need everyone's assistance with plugging the Laptop HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC charger with Type C PD port through the screen HP EliteDisplay E243d 23.8

I have checked in the manuals of these two devices, they both support 65W Type C Power Delivery port. Both devices are charging normally for other devices is still normal, but when used to charge each other via type C port, the screen appears the message "Please connect a higher capacity smart AC adapter for full performance". I checked the information with the above message because the power port is not responsive when the device is open with link . In this case, everyone can let me ask, to use this function must be disabled or not?

Also, I use Ugreen 60W Type C- Type C cable with info https://www.ugreen.com/products/60w-usb-c-to-c-fast-charging-cable

Does the specification of this cable affect the above notice?
