Bonjour,

j’ai un pc hp model 15dw0029nf. Le clavier est verrouillé.

il me semble que c’est le verrouillage FN uniquement qui est activé mais je ne sais pas comment le désactiver.

le pavé numérique fonctionne.

lors de la saisie de la phrase de vérification après plusieurs essai de mot de passe erroné le clavier fonctionne mais une fois passé la vérification ça ne fonctionne plus pour saisir mon mot de passe.

j’ai essayé :

-clavier visuel

- désactiver la fonction dans le bios 

- toutes les combinaisons fn + Alt + K ou F 

fn+maj….

Rien de fonctionne, je ne sais plus quoi faire.
Pourriez vous m’aider svp?
