Hello. On the back side of my desktop, there is a cutting for a COM port. And on my motherboard I have 9 pins and the string “COM”. But I don’t have any JCOM. How can you explain it to me?

Are you saying that the face-plate has a cut-out hole for a COM port?

If there is a COM port on the motherboard, you need a ribbon-cable that connects to that port. The other end of the ribbon-cable connects to a COM-port set of pins.

If needed, you can remove the two screws, and disconnect that "spine", and use the two screws to affix the COM port through the hold in that face-plate.
