PC specs
CPU : AMD A10-9700
Motherboard : Hp 8433 (Sunflower motherboard)
Ram : Crucial Ram 16GB kit (2x8GB) DDR4 3200Mhz
GPU: AMD RX 6400
In late 2022 i upgraded my computer by adding a new power supply and a new gpu (rx 6400) which both worked perfectly fine. Now i tried upgrading my AMD A10-9700 to the AMD ryzen 5 5600x however it got stuck in a boot loop (i made sure to update my bios, check all connection cables, and check for any damaged pins). After the new cpu notworking, I went back to my old A10-9700 and this time the PC will turn on but it wont display a signal to my monitor and my keyboard and mouse lights wont work (they are rgb gaming peripherals).
Here is a list of everything it tried after putting back my old CPU:
I replaced the PSU to my older one
I reset the CMOS
I tried swapping and only using 1 ram stick
I tried using the integrated graphics by removing the gpu
I tried checking the old cpu for any bent or damaged pins (none were found)
None of the steps which i have done before helped with fixing my computer. Can someone please recommend any suggestions to get my computer working again?

Unfortunately, the HP Sunflower motherboard is not compatible with any processor that is the X (unlocked) version.
See the specification document at the link below.

The socket AM4 Ryzen 5 5600x comes from a processor family (Vermeer).
Your Socket AM4 motherboard requires Pinnacle Ridge or Summit Ridge processors.

On amd's website it says that the ryzen 5 5600x has a am4 socket which is what the sunflower motherboard has however that is not my issue. After finding out it was not compatible i decided to put back my old process however the computer wont send a monitor signal or give any output to the usb devices. Can you give some suggestions on how to to fix it. All the steps i took is listed in the original post.

Unfortunately, inspecting your work and making suggestions based on that is not really practical or possible.
Since you made physical changes, chances are that something happened and someone needs to inspect it.
I suggest that you take it to a laptop shop.
