Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to connect a powerbank to my laptop but can't get anything to work.

I have a 65watt powerbank with a 100watt cable with a dc connector on one end and a usb-c on the other end.

The power bank is showing that it is in power mode but it is not recognised by the laptop.
