Is it possible for the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G smartphone to pair Bluetooth with the HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b245se keyboard?

Yes and no.

The connection will be through the PC and the phone and keyboard will be paired and linked to the PC

Use Windows Phone link to make the connection.

I can make calls from My PC and edit and create documents on my phone via Phone Link.
