Connector J100

HP Recommended
HP h8-1549
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I'm upgrading to a new case and currently pulling out the motherboard.  I have all the connectors accounted for except this one: J100

Any idea what it's for or if I can just ignore it altogether? There's one black and one blue wire attached to the connector and leading up to the top area of the desktop.  I can't figure it out nor is there any information on the role of this J100. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
