Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I currently have HP Omen Obelisk 870T. I’m transferring Edoras Motherboard and inside components to a Corsair 5000D. Will the Noctua DH-15 fit this motherboard?

A Noctua NH-D15 should (just) fit in your Corsair 5000D:

How do I know this?  I have a similar PC case which is actually 2cm less in width than your 24.5cm case, and it fitted the slightly smaller Thermalright PS120SE 4.92"H vs. 6.61"H for a Noctua NH-D15 with 1½ inch to spare:
