I don't know why everything has to be so difficult with HP. I typed in the exact info on my box for the computer. 27 inch HP AIO Touchscreen 27ca2244 is the model, and it produces no results. I need to order a replacement screen.

if this was just a monitor it would not be worth repairing but some AIO systems are worth repairing it needs to be decided on a case by case decision

if you open up the existing unit on the back of the display panel will be it's model number, use that number to source a replacement panel and note it's cost

some panels are priced reasonably some are quite expensive especially if it's is a touch screen

this ebay listing is a case example of a expensive replacement part

https://www.ebay.com/itm/126604967471

even a non touch model screen is expensive

and here's a used WORKING touch screen system for under 450 dollars see why repairing your system is not worthwhile!!

I’ve seen all of these links, and I was thinking the same thing. I bought the computer for my business a little over a year ago, but I just took it out of the box and found that the screen was damaged. Unfortunately, my warranty expired, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I paid over $1,000 for the computer and also purchased additional monitors and a hub, which is very upsetting.

My question is: Can I replace just the digitizer, or do I have to replace the whole assembly, including the glass front? The glass front is not scratched or damaged at all; it’s just the digitizer that needs to be replaced. If that is the case I would buy the working one to have the extra parts and just swap out the digitalizer and keep my glass.

on some panels the digitiser is bonded to the display panel on others it's separate and on your system it's a seperate piece however..............said part is 300.00 USD plus shipping  charges

see why the used 400 dollar system is still the best choice? going that way gets you a working turnkey system with your existing system available for spare parts if something dies in the future
