@_GJ,
Welcome to our HP Community forum!
That is certainly a dreaded critical system failure message, that is really too bad.
What I would do -but only if you are up to the task, is to take your PC apart including your motherboard and carefully visually inspect and clean each component, such as by using Q-Tips dipped in 99+% Isopropyl alcohol and using compressed ("canned") air to blow away every little bit of dust and debris.
See if you got any loose, leaking or bulging capacitors on your motherboard.
Take particular care removing your processor, inspect for anything that looks out of the ordinary including the processor and processor slot, and use a quality thermal paste such as Arctix MX-2 once you put things back together. Also visually inspect your RAM slots for any bent pins, etc.
Sometimes after taking apart your PC, cleaning and then rebuilding your PC, this error may go away.
Assuming you are out of HP warranty, and if you are uncomfortable doing the above, take your PC to a local PC repair shop and see what they can do for you.
Personally, if it became apparent that I had to replace the motherboard, I would purchase one online, such as this via this trusted eBay-Austria seller: https://www.ebay.at/itm/256711381597?_skw=M82213-602&itmmeta=01JCPG6PCYNYHS6RBV2XB5MMZY&hash=item3bc....
Kind Regards,
