Product: HP ProDesk 400 G2 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I run the diagnostic test and I got the following error :

 

DST rapid check FAILED

Error ID : GU79U1-0009AJ-X87SL1-60VP03

Product : K8K69EA#ABZ

 

is there any system to recover this error or I have to change the HDD?

Hi:

 

The code you received...Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive has to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

If the PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP technical support and submit a support case under the warranty.
