Product: HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC RCTO Base Model
Brand new CTO Z2 G9. I did not add DVD writer on the CTO as I have several DVD writers I could install. Unfortunately the DVD bay is covered by a metal plate that appears to have to be pinched out.
So ... first have others received this same setup if no DVD was ordered with the system?
Second, is there a way to access the bay without having to pmch it out?
Already speaking with HP rep as well.
Thanks for any comments. And no I'm not pinching out the plate unless HP concurs
..
