The PC comes with a USB of 4 ports accessible on machine front (three in rear). Neither of the front four will engage. Upon inspection, one of the 4 appear physically damaged. It looks as if someone had forcefully jammed something into the port (don't ask me - I haven't a clue). I assume the 4 are part of an interconnected array. Is there any way of identifying the array so I might purchase an identical part for professional installation?

Greetings @RSTJr2
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Unfortunately, the front: USB I/O, power button, and audio jack are integrated into the MB. There is no separate front panel assembly which can be replaced.
You would probably need an electronics Tech since the port is an integral part of the MB.
It might be possible to replace the damaged MB front USB port if it is soldered to the MB and the Tech can find a replacement component. The front I/O on your PC's MB may be proprietary to HP.
HP factory service would probably replace the MB in your scenario.
I checked HP Part Surfer using your PC's product number. I could not find a MB part number.
it is sometimes possible to get a replacement MB at eBay. But you would need a MB part number to search eBay.
