Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Support,

 

I have problem with the desktop mainboard, and Computer cannot working now, 

 

The computer warranty was expired now, so can I order a new mainboard from HP center to replace by my self?

Just ask you that, do we have to bear the cost of replacing the computer mainboard for the HP service center? Or do I replace it myself, will HP only sell the main and not include the replacement fee from HP?

 

Due to Covid, we don't want to spend a long time on computer shipping and warranty, just want to order it from HP and replace it ourselves.

@fdsfsadf -- I did a search:  HP PartSurfer

 

and found many models of "Probook 400", but no "G6" model.

 

If you could refine the search, you might find that HP's warehouse has a matching motherboard for sale to you.
