Received disk failure id: U4JB6K-7AUA81-QFFV6K-617G03.  What does this mean and what to do to fix it.  Thank you

It appears from the report that your PC has two disk drives. 


Looking at the specs, I would say that Disk 2 is the 16 GB mSATA SSD Cache that is used to accelerate the hard drive.


What I recommend you do is to remove that device and see if the code goes away.


if it does, then you can either replace the mSATA SSD or live with the slighly slower performing disk drive.

This is a picture of the mSATA SSD...should be lying flat on the motherboard.


The part number to replace it with is 680966-001, as shown in the parts list for your PC at the link below.


You can probably find one on eBay.
