Does the hp GTX 3080 support 4k 120hz

When connecting my computer to an LG cx48 with a hdmi 2.1 cable it does not show 120hz as an option in 4k even if the both the screen and hdmi 2.1 shuld be able to do 4k 120hz. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be or does the graphics card not support 4k 120Hz.
