Your Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-086acn PC (63X22PA), as fitted with the HP Reno2 motherboard (SSID: 89B5) which has the Intel ADL H670 chipset, can only be fitted with 12th gen Intel processors. Even though this chipset could support 13th gen -even some 14th gen processors by the way, that is not (yet?) an option HP has made available for this particular platform.
PS: I wouldn't get my hopes up, though. If you want to upgrade to a 13th or even more recent processor, you'll have to consider getting a different PC.
