Madam/Sir,

I just ran the hardware test and within a month of getting the hard drive changed, the Short Drive Self Test has failed.This test was conducted out of curiosity and there is no problem being faced.

I have contacted the support in India where I live but just wish to know why is this happening repeatedly?

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

Your PC specs say it has a 1TB SATA drive -- and the sorry fact is that drives fail.  I've had drives last me for years, and I've also had new drives fail totally after only a few months.  If your is already generating messages, that means it is failing and the sooner you get it replaced, the less likely the PC will fail on you.
