My Dvd drive has stopped burning dvds and they spin a long time when i insert them, computer is only 6 monthss  old

Which software do you use to burn ? Which type of the blank DVD's ? Please use the following tools to see which types are supported

 

           VSO Inspector

They use "Was this reply helpful" now. Dics keeps spinning could also be due to the lens of the burner.  I would clean the lens and hope it can write again
