HP Recommended

When i am using teams, zoom or any conferencing my monitor is causing issues for other users … they are hearing themselves back or hearing feedback and noise. When I switch to my headphones the problem goes away, but I don’t want to use headphones all day… solutions please?  Is there an issue with these monitors? (I have just switched from an iMac to a Mac mini with this monitor)
