Hello everyone
I have done so many things in the last few days like upgrading all the drives, and more. all the previous are software things, but the problem is that envy 700-220ex restart itself whenever i move it or hold it up. i have no clue but i think it happened when the Display port move or something. i put it here because it restarts twice, one when i moved it another when i hold it. any reason why it restarts not shut down? any clue?
thanks

I would suggest that you remove the power cord from the chassis, and remove side panel.
1) One by one, unplug, and then replug each power cable. (ATX 24pin, ATX 4 pin, each SATA drive power plug.
2) Do the same for the SATA data plugs.
3) If you have a GPU card, check it.
4) Display port cables have a button latch. Make sure it is firmly seated.
5) Make sure all is correct, replace side cord, and insert power cord. Test unit.
