My EX900 M.2 500GB SSD drive dead recently, so I wanted to look for RMA information. However, when I tried the warranty status page, it cannot find a match with my S/N and P/N. The product was bought less than 2 years ago from Newegg so it should still be within warranty period. Can any one help me with the warranty process? Thanks!

Thank you very much for the information. I tried several times on the warranty status checking page. Every time after I enter the Serial Number and Product Number, it just tells me the information I entered was incorrect, and there is no option for dispute on that page. Could that be that I did not register the product when I purchase it? I will try to call the support to see if the problem can be solved.
