En mi Pc no suenan los altavoces incorporados.

Buenos días.

Tengo un Victus HP 15L y el Bios es de 2024 procesador AMD Ryzen 5 5600G y los altavoces no funcionan. Reviso y me dice que los controladores de audio están instalados y funcionan bien, pero no se escucha nada. Para mis clases y música pongo un altavoz externo. Si alguna persona pudiese ayudarme, le agradezco infinito. Tengo instalado Windows 11.
