Product: PRODESK 400 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi to all, i have about 70 pcs of HP PRODESK 400 G5 with a COM port on motherboard but i don't see it on window 10 pro 64 bit.

 

Someone have a solution for this issue?

You need to clarify the exact model, I did look the SFF model. It has no "comm port".

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

The 15 pin  is a standard VGA (video) output for a VGA cable to VGA monitor. Optional serial port (9 pin), as shown here.
