Product: Envy Curved 34-B010

I have a Envy Curved 34 34-B010 that I get 3 led flashes before powering on. Does that mean anything? I have an issue with losing video signal. It will work great for a while and then I lose video signal. Units is still powered on but I have no video. I think I have an issue with video card.
