Product: Envy Phoenix 810-370st
I am not getting anywhere (locally or with HP support) in solving the issue with my ENVY desktop. My fan began to get louder and louder over a 2-week period. Then, while using the computer, the computer shut down and would not turn back on for an extended period of time. I took the desktop to a local certified HP service center and was told...The cooling pump needs to be replaced, but the service center could NOT get the part because HP “does not sell the MOUNT for the cooling pump”. My computer will not turn on and my last resort is this post before I need to extract my data from the desktop and buy a new desktop.
Do I have any options??
Any info would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
