Product: HP ENVY h8-1437c Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm rebuilding a HP H8-1437C. I put in a new Motherboard, CPU, and GPU. When I tried powering it on I get this error code (see video link below). What can I do to fix this?
