Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have and integrated video card and I  would like to know what type of video card I could to my system. And also would like to know if I can upgrade my power supply since its only 180 watts .

Lets work backwards into this !  What goal do you have?  What is the most GPU intense game?

HP has proprietary PSU units in those models. See my spreadsheet shown here.

While you have the 595, the 690 also shares the same motherboard, so here is a video.

Before you ask, your i5-8400 is ok.  The i7-8700 is only 10% better.

so on you spread sheet any of the 690 video cards or psu will work with the 595 series

Always remember that video cards have different lengths, so measure the space. A cardboard template is handy. Video cards are independent on the spreadsheet.  What matters is matching a GPU card to the PSU.  Your 595 series would accept any GPU card supported by the listed PSU.
