Hi:

 

This is the translation of the error code...Hard Disk 3 Quick Test Failure

 

Apparently your PC has 3 hard drives.  Hard drive 3 is no good and needs to be replaced.

 

Here is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
