Fan Noise

AIO 22 df0128t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just fired up the AIO 22 df0128t that I purchased back in mid-November.  It's a Christmas present so I didn't take it out of the box right away.  I am concerned about the fan.  It seems louder than any other computer I have ever had.  Even when the computer wasn't doing anything according to Windows task manager.  I could also so hear it pulsating about once per second or two when it was on its lower speed.  Anybody experience this?
