@Zzz_JAR,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your OMEN 25L GT12-0030 (9EE65AA) according to: https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c06678383, is fitted with the (AMD) Moria3 motherboard SSID: 87C3 which is 24-pin ATX-power enabled.  The specs say that your PC came with a 500-watt power supply, and was/is fitted with an AMD Radeon RX 5500 graphics card.

If you scroll through AMD-processor fitted OMEN 25L GT12-0xxx UserBenchMark entries here: UserBenchmark: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx Compatible Components, you'll see that your desktop can fit just about any GPU, such as:

1.) RTX 3080 Tihttps://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/54644433

2.) RTX 3080https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55552999

Please note that Nvidia recommends at least a 750-watt power supply for both cards.  But since you can swap your 500-watt ATX power supply with any (size-fitting) ATX power supply, the only limitation as to what GPU will work in your OMEN is the power supply, the physical dimensions of the graphics card, and last but certainly not least, improving air flow through your rig.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
